Cutter is turned, milled and ground from a solid piece of Tungsten Carbide and provide the greatest durability when used under stress load conditions.
- Offers better plunge cutting characteristics than TCT.
- Many more re-sharpenings can be obtained from STC tools.
- A harder grade of carbide is used as the tool is not brazed.
- Single flute - faster feed rates.
- Single flute cutters should not be used in eccentric chucks.
