T12 & T14 Competition Terms & Conditions
THE PROMOTER
The Promoter of this Promotion is Trend Tool Technology Ltd, Unit 6, Odhams Trading Estate, Watford, Hertfordshire, WD24 7TR and the Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to this Promotion whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control.
ENTRY ELIGIBILITY
This competition is run by Trend Tool Technology Ltd. The competition is open to residents of the Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Any participants must be aged 18 years or over, and, if they are a winner, must provide photographic evidence of their passport or driving license, that verifies their age.
Employees or agents of the Promoter or any of their group companies, or their families or households, or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion are not eligible to enter.
HOW TO ENTER & THE DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The competition will be run on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Whatsapp and via email. Video entries will need to be sent via Whatsapp. By entering via Whatsapp, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Only one entry will be accepted per person, per week. The closing time for entries during week one (Kitchen & Door fitting tips and tricks) is 11.59pm 3rd April 2022. The closing time for entries during week two (Carpentry tips and tricks) is 11.59pm 10th April 2022. Entries received after this time will not be eligible for entry.
Entries must not include or in any way contain:
- a) obscene or indecent material, including but not limited to nudity, pornography or profanity;
- b) defamatory content, including, but not limited to, words or symbols that are widely considered offensive to individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation or socioeconomic group;
- c) threats to any person, place, business, group or world peace.
- d) content for which the entrant does not hold rights for use freely. Including, but not limited to, video, images, persons, sound or music.
Entries must not invade privacy or other rights of any person, firm or entity, and must not in any other way violate applicable laws and regulations or network standards.
No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, delayed or damaged entries and/or damage to data which occurs during any communication or transmission of entries.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
THE PRIZE AND WINNER ELECTION
The prize is as follows:
The winner from week one – Kitchen/Door fitting focused week will receive the T12 1/2” Plunge Router with a Lock Jig T12EK or T12ELK & LOCK/JIG
The winner from week two – Carpentry focused week will receive the T14 1/2” Workshop Router with a Router Table T14EK & WRT
Random Prize Draw – Stealth Air Mask and Filters STEALTH/ML & STEALTH/1
The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
The winner will be shortlisted by Trend. The person submitting the winning entry will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If they cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. Trend Tool Technology will notify the winner when and where the prize can be delivered. Delivery will be within the UK only. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
This Promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. By participating the participants agree that any and all disputes regarding this Promotion will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English court
The prizes are only available to be won by residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) and Northern Ireland.
In the event that a winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the prize in the time required the winner shall forfeit their prize and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to any other participant of the Promotion in accordance with promotion terms and conditions, above.
The prize is not for re-sale nor is it transferable to another individual. If a winner does not wish to retain their prize, the prize must be returned to the Promoter and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another participant in accordance promotion terms and conditions, above. No compensation will be given in such circumstances.

The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. The Promoter reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to disqualify participants who it considers not to have complied with any of these terms and conditions or, any participant who it reasonably believes has interfered with the fair running of this Promotion.
