The ZipBolt tightens in seconds with one hand and a drill/driver, eliminating issues with adhesive setting before the joint is aligned correctly.
Standard and Slimline ZipBolt kits also include 3 ZipClips to further simplify the easy installation process.
Exclusive to Trend, we also include 3 Beechwood biscuits in ALL kits to further enhance the alignment, strength and finish of the joint.

ZipBolt Features
Robust Geared Head Mechanism is driven by a 5mm or 6mm Hex bit or by a T25mm Torx bit (depending on which ZipBolt is being used) and tightens in seconds with one hand and a drill/driver.
Zinc-Plated Steel Construction for long-lasting strength and rust. ZIP/35/164/3 has a Heat-Treated End plate to handle high torque levels.
3 Beechwood Biscuits are included to enhance the alignment, strength and finish of the joint.
ZipClips
Standard and Slimline ZipBolt kits also include 3 x ZipClips to speed up and further simplify installation.
Flexible Wings on the ZipClips grip to hold the ZipBolt firmly in place, preventing it from falling out before it is tightened.
ZipClips hold the bolt securely by clipping it onto the ZipBolt shaft in the routed recess.
